Quality Control for Commercial Orders

JBN operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Inspection covers dimensions, thickness, squareness, flatness, surface appearance and color consistency. Cartons, tapes, straps and finished packaging are also checked before shipment.

Support for CE, SNI, COC, TIS, SIRIM, PS, ICC, SASO and SONCAP-related requirements can be discussed according to the product and destination market. Third-party inspection or testing can also be arranged when required.

For color-sensitive projects, we recommend confirming an approved sample and ordering sufficient reserve material from the same production batch.

For project orders, we recommend approving a physical sample and ordering sufficient reserve material from the same production batch. This reduces the risk of visible color differences when tiles are cut, replaced or extended later.
