Standard Transfer Film for UV Board

Standard Transfer Film (also known as PVC transfer film or decorative transfer film) is a high‑precision decorative material designed for application onto UV boards and other flat substrates. It is typically composed of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) base film, a printed ink layer carrying a design, and an optional protective coating.

How it works:
The film is used in a transfer process where the decorative pattern is transferred onto the surface of a UV board using vacuum pressure or heat. The ink pattern on the film is bonded to the board surface via a bonding layer, after which the base film is peeled away, leaving the design permanently adhered to the substrate.
