The three-dimensional profiles add depth and consistent linear detailing to feature walls, reception areas, ceilings, columns and commercial interiors. Wood-grain, solid-color and other decorative finishes can be selected according to the project style or target market.

Installation Status
JBN WPC fluted wall panels can be installed vertically or horizontally to suit different wall proportions and design effects. Installation begins with checking the wall substrate, confirming the layout and cutting each panel to the required length. Panels are then aligned and fixed using compatible adhesive, clips or mechanical fasteners according to the substrate and project requirements.
The fluted profiles are installed in sequence to maintain consistent spacing and continuous decorative lines. Matching outer-corner trims and decorative lines provide clean transitions around corners, columns, ceilings and adjoining materials.
For project orders, JBN can provide profile drawings, coverage calculations, matching trim recommendations and installation details before shipment. Please send the wall dimensions, selected profile and installation direction for an accurate material estimate.
