Installation Status
Carbon crystal wall panels are designed for efficient large-area wall installation. A flat, dry and stable substrate is prepared first, followed by a dry layout to confirm panel positions, surface patterns and joint alignment. The panels can be cut and grooved according to the wall dimensions before being fixed with a compatible construction adhesive.
Matching metal lines, decorative trims or concealed joints can be used to finish panel connections, external corners and transitions. For wood-grain, stone-effect or other directional patterns, panels should be arranged in sequence to maintain visual continuity across the wall.
JBN supports cut-to-size processing, selected grooving and coordinated trim supply to reduce secondary work on site. Send the wall drawing, panel size, surface code and joint design for processing and quantity recommendations.
