30% T/T deposit + 70% paid before loading (standard)

30% T/T deposit + 70% against L/C at sight
O/A (Open Account) 30/60 days — available only for clients with established credit history and after mutual agreement.
DP (Documents against Payment) — also negotiable for trusted partners.
Q4 Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services.
We can customize tile sizes, surface finishes, colors, and packaging (including your brand logo on cartons).
Q5 What tile sizes and thicknesses are available?
Sizes: 600x600/600x1200/800x800/750x1500/900x1800mm and etc.
Thickness: 8.0/8.5/9.0/10.0/12.0mm and etc.
Q6 Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Sample cost: FOC (Free of Charge)
Shipping expense: To be prepaid by the consignee (your account)
The freight charge will be refunded against your first container order.
Q7 What is the difference between ceramic and porcelain tiles?
To put it simply:
All porcelain tiles (Porcelain) are ceramic tiles (Ceramic), but not all ceramic tiles are porcelain tiles.
Porcelain is a subset of Ceramic, and the one with higher performance.
Ceramic Tile: Water absorption between 3%-6%.
Porcelain Tile: Water absorption below 0.5%.
Q8 How do you control tile size, flatness, shade and surface defects?
We have a complete QC system covering all 4 areas:
Size: Laser-calibrated to ±0.3% tolerance, checked every 30 min.
Flatness: Warpage is controlled within ±0.2%, and each piece passes a laser flatness detector.
Shade: ΔE ≤ 1.0, using computer color matching system + same batch production to eliminate color difference.
Surface: Each piece undergoes high-definition AOI automatic optical inspection, and defects are automatically removed.
We also accept SGS/BV third-party inspection before shipping. Quality guarantee is in our contract.
Q9 Can you provide third-party inspection reports?
Yes, absolutely! We can provide:
Existing SGS/BV test reports for our standard products (send via PDF)
Custom inspection for your own order — you choose SGS, BV, or any agency, and we'll host them at our factory before shipment. We cover the sampling and on-site assistance; you/your agency cover the inspection fee.

Q10 Do you provide pallet or wooden-crate packaging?
Yes, both are available:
Pallet: Stretch film + corner protectors + straps. Cost-effective and commonly used.
Wooden crate: Strong plywood box with inner foam protection. Extra safe for fragile tiles.
